All sales are final. Due to the hygienic, personal, and consumable nature of our products, including oils, body mists, fragrances, and skincare items, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted once an order has been placed or shipped. This policy is enforced to protect the health and safety of all customers.

 

All products are made to order to ensure freshness, quality, and integrity. Because items are custom prepared, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Processing & Shipping

 

 

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, responsibility for delivery is assumed by the carrier. Tracking information is provided at the time of shipment.

This policy complies with California consumer protection laws, including Cal. Civ. Code §1723. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms prior to checkout. All policies are clearly disclosed before purchase.

USPS Insurance

 

 

USPS shipping services may include limited carrier insurance, depending on the selected shipping method. Any claims for loss or damage covered by USPS insurance must be filed directly with USPS by the customer. We are not responsible for the outcome of carrier insurance claims.
