SHELF LIFE

All products are intended to be used within 6 months from the date of manufacture unless otherwise stated. Continued use beyond the recommended shelf life is at the sole discretion and risk of the consumer.

Products may naturally change in color, texture, scent, or consistency over time. Such changes do not necessarily indicate product defect.

STORAGE REQUIREMENTS

Products must be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, humidity, and excessive heat. Exposure to elevated temperatures, moisture, or improper sealing may accelerate product degradation or reduce preservative effectiveness.

TD Organics is not responsible for product instability or performance changes resulting from improper storage conditions.

PATCH TEST DISCLAIMER

Due to the use of naturally derived ingredients and essential oils, individual skin sensitivities may occur.

Consumers are strongly advised to perform a patch test prior to full application. To conduct a patch test:

Apply a small amount of product to a discreet area of intact skin and wait 24 hours. If irritation, redness, burning, itching, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Failure to conduct a patch test releases TD Organics from liability related to allergic reactions, irritation, or sensitivity.

LIABILITY LIMITATION

TD Organics shall not be held liable for:

• Adverse reactions due to individual sensitivities or allergies
• Use on broken, irritated, or compromised skin
• Improper storage or environmental exposure
• Failure to follow product instructions
• Product contamination after opening
• Use beyond the recommended shelf life
• Misuse, modification, or combination with other products

By purchasing and using TD Organics products, the consumer assumes full responsibility for proper use and storage.

MAGNESIUM DEODORANT SPECIFIC DISCLAIMER

This product contains magnesium hydroxide, an alkaline mineral compound used to help neutralize odor by altering the skin’s surface environment.

For external cosmetic use only.

Do not apply internally or inside intimate areas. Intended for use on external odor-prone areas only.

Do not apply to broken, freshly shaved, freshly exfoliated, irritated, or compromised skin. Open or compromised skin includes cuts, burns, active rashes, razor nicks, or unhealed scars.

A temporary tingling or mild burning sensation may occur, particularly on sensitive or recently shaved skin, due to the natural alkaline properties of magnesium. This sensation should subside quickly. Persistent irritation is not normal and requires discontinuation of use.

Natural mineral settling may occur. Shake well before each use.

Because this formulation alters skin pH, individual sensitivities may vary. A patch test is strongly recommended prior to full application.
