Our natural fragrance and body care products are not medications. Any product recommendations are accepted entirely at the purchaser’s discretion and risk.

 

By purchasing from TD Organics, you acknowledge that essential oils, fragrance oils, and natural ingredients may cause sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals. TD Organics is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritation, misuse, or adverse effects.

 

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. Apply a small amount of product to clean skin on the inside of the elbow and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

 

TD Organics is not responsible for improper use of products or failure to follow usage instructions.

Shelf Life & Storage Policy

TD Organics products are handcrafted cosmetic formulations intended for external use only.

Products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any

disease.

Due to the use of naturally derived and mineral-based ingredients, product stability is dependent on

proper storage conditions.

Shelf Life

Products are intended for use within 6 months from the date of manufacture. Use beyond this

period is at the consumer’s discretion.

TD Organics is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage,

environmental exposure, or misuse.

Storage Requirements

Store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, or humidity.

Exposure to elevated temperatures may alter product consistency, stability, or preservative

effectiveness.

Natural mineral settling may occur. This is normal. Shake well before each use.

TD Organics is not liable for irritation, reactions, or product changes resulting from:

• Application to broken or compromised skin

• Failure to follow label instructions

• Improper storage conditions

• Use beyond recommended shelf life

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

 

Heat Damage & Melting Disclaimer

 

 

Due to the nature of oils, fragrances, candles, and body products, heat exposure during transit may cause melting, separation, or changes in texture. This does not affect product quality or safety.

 

Heat damage, melting, or separation caused by weather conditions, carrier handling, delivery delays, or packages left outdoors does not qualify for a refund or replacement. Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving delivered packages.

 

 

 

All Sales Final Policy

 

 

Due to the hygienic nature of fragrance and body products, all sales are final.

 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on perfume oils, body sprays, lotions, samples, custom items, or opened products.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve verified issues at our discretion.

 

Fragrance is subjective. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full-size products.

 

 

 

Local Pickup Policy

 

 

Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email notification once the order is ready.

 

Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of receiving the pickup confirmation email unless prior written arrangements are made.

 

Orders not picked up within the stated timeframe and without communication will be considered abandoned. Abandoned pickup orders are non-refundable and not eligible for chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

 

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact TD Organics directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

 

Unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, pickup abandonment claims, or disputes that violate these policies may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.

 

TD Organics reserves the right to submit all documentation to the payment processor to contest invalid disputes. This may include:

 

• Order confirmation

• Checkout agreement confirmation

• Policy acknowledgment

• Email communications

• Pickup confirmation records

• Tracking and delivery confirmation

 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Fraud & Abuse Protection Policy

 

 

TD Organics maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraud, false claims, chargeback abuse, and misuse of payment disputes.

 

Any attempt to obtain products without payment through unauthorized chargebacks, false “item not received” claims, false pickup non-collection claims, or misuse of payment processor protections will be treated as fraudulent activity.

 

We actively document and retain:

 

• IP address and checkout verification data

• Pickup selection and confirmation records

• Email and SMS communications

• Timestamped order confirmations

• Tracking and delivery confirmations

• Policy agreement acknowledgments

 

If fraudulent activity is suspected, TD Organics reserves the right to:

 

• Contest the dispute with full documentation

• Submit evidence to PayPal, Stripe, or card processors

• Report abuse patterns to payment processors

• Permanently ban the customer from future purchases

• Pursue recovery of funds where permitted by law
