Final Sale, No Returns & Shipping Policy
All sales are final. Due to the hygienic, personal, and consumable nature of our products, including oils, body mists, fragrances, and skincare items, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted once an order has been placed or shipped. This policy exists to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
All products are made to order to ensure freshness, quality, and integrity. Because items are custom prepared, they cannot be restocked or resold.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once an order has been transferred to USPS, we are not responsible for carrier delays, delivery errors, or lost packagescaused by USPS. Tracking information is provided upon shipment.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo documentation. Upon verification, a replacement product may be issued at our discretion. Refunds will not be provided.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once USPS confirms delivery. If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, the customer must contact USPS directly to file a claim.
We strongly recommend ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
